We attempt to expediate your order as soon as possible, however please allow upto 28 days for delivery

All orders are shipped via normal surface mail, Standard liabilities afforded us by that service apply. Our liability is limited to the refund of postage only.

The rates quoted apply to domestic orders shipped to the Island of Ireland, We are happy to ship orders elsewhere, but additional costs and charges will apply, please contact us for more information and to get a quote for specific destinations

Availability and stock levels are indicated at the point of sale. You will be contacted after order if there are any stock issues.

If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, BFPO or destinations probihited by law, copyright or supplier contracts.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return your goods within 7 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, provided the goods are in their original packing and are in mint condition Opened software is non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of return and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

Refunds cannot be made for postal charges. These include those made to ship the goods to you in the first instance and those incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

A return authorisation number must be obtained from IWAI membership supplies - please contact us prior to returning any goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. .
